Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Arcade Toggle. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Since we source our high-quality products directly from our trusted manufacturing partners, shipping times may vary depending on your destination. Below are the estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5 - 10 working days

  • United Kingdom: 3 - 7 working days

  • Canada: 5 - 10 working days

  • Australia: 6 - 12 working days

  • New Zealand: 6 - 12 working days

  • Austria & Germany: 2 - 4 working days

  • Europe (Other): 2 - 7 working days

  • Asia: 6 - 10 working days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume of orders, postal service problems, or customs clearance. We appreciate your patience.

3. SHIPMENT TRACKING When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system. You can track your order directly on our website via the "Track Your Order" page.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES Arcade Toggle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package after 3 business days from the "delivered" status, please contact us at support@arcadetoggle.com so we can investigate the issue.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct and complete delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We cannot issue a refund for packages lost due to an incorrect address.
